Following a series of acquisitions, Pentahotels had inherited a legacy of different supply solutions with different suppliers serving each hotel.  We set about introducing synergy and consistency by looking at the quality of each product, the service being received and the price being paid across all hotels.  Our specialist account management team introduced pricing reviews and managed the price of key commodities to return double digit savings.
